Digital publications for a progressive employment marketplace

Global employment behemoths Monster invited us to work on campaign materials for their Flexible Future research, which set out to understand how employers are responding to the changing world of work and the various demands of employees.

They wanted a flexible and modern digital solution that their teams could easily share and disseminate across their teams. The solution was to present Monster with a series of digital publication and animations.

While research was global, the deliverable needed to be sensitive to the regions in which it was being shared. To resolve this, we worked with the UK team to bring a distinctly Great British flavour to the international messaging, refining tone of voice, illustrative style and graphics to suit this region.

To add value to the project, we proposed and created clear and accessible infographics to help deliver complex messages and developed a flexible template that can accommodate a variety of technical information.

We have continued and developed our creative partnership with Monster, providing a range of design services and becoming a trusted creative partner to marketing departments in the UK, USA and Europe.

We have fostered a long-term, collaborative and productive partnership which means we can work on everything from event campaigns to digital publications, animated explainers, infographics and website design.

"I found the process from brief, to draft, to revisions pain-free and efficient. We listened to each other and Monster got a high-quality end product ahead of schedule. We're now discussing many other projects across different media. Having access to a team of experts, coordinated by a single account manager, is invaluable. I've no hesitation in recommending Jason, Keri and all the team at the Group of Seven. We're excited to work with them now and in the future."
